About
A. Katsaris has written music for hundreds of TV Commercials in the 90s and early 00s, several Short Films and TV Shows such as BIG BANG [2007-8] & SECRETS OF EDEN [2008-2010], broadcasted by MEGA Channel among others
Since 2003 he has been working as a Composer-in-Residence at the Eugenides Foundation, making Soundtracks for the New Digital Planetarium, the biggest in Europe • Due to the nature of the Shows at the Planetarium, he is also involved with Creative Sound Design, Sound Editing as well as Mixing for IMAX [6.1], Film [5.1] and Music [2ch and Surround]
Eugenides Foundation has significantly invested in a small but high-fidelity, audiophile quality, post-production suite [Stargazer Audio], where he produces and finalises all of his works for the Planetarium and other clients
He is always in search of interesting and challenging projects • Depending on the available budget, Original Music can be either sequenced [on a cluster of 7 computers] or performed by session musicians, or a mix of the two • His main focus lies on providing the best production quality in the briefest possible delays
